The standout fact is that the employment tribunal statistics have recorded a 319% rise in menopause related claims between 2022 and 2025. At the end of the podcast Madeleine concludes with recommendation to support employees between the ages of 45 and 55 as they are very often at the peak of their careers, very skilled and very expensive to replace.
